This is not only applicable in film, but all visual art forms, from recording or painting an image to how you are going to display it. For example, religious art is often placed high above the viewer, forcing them to look up. This gives the viewer a feeling of awe, like a child looking up to its parent; this is where semiology fits in.
Here are some tips for you to catch the right angle:
High angle
Not as extreme as the bird's-eye view, but still gives an authority. Looking down on a subject around the 45-degree angle makes the subject seem smaller and insignificant.
Low angle
The low-angle shot is the reverse of the high-angle shot. When the camera is placed low and pointing up at around the 45 degree angle, it gives a feeling of powerlessness, making you feel almost childlike. You can be made to feel fear by the dominating appearance of a figure on the screen.
Point of view
Shot from the point of view of your subject. Horror films utilise this when they cut to the POV of a murderer spying on their victim through a keyhole, often giving you some idea of what is to come

Canon's EOS 1D X is the company's new flagship DSLR. It's designed to replace the EOS-1Ds Mark III and EOS-1D Mark IV models,the EOS-1D X offers impressive specifications including an 18 megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor, dual DIGIC 5+ imaging processors plus a DIGIC 4 dedicated to autofocus and metering control, 14-bit analogue-to-digital conversion and the ability to shoot twelve frames per second.
Canon's equipped the 1D X with a new 18 Megapixel full-frame sensor with a maximum sensitivity of 51,200 ISO, boostable to 204,800 ISO. Canon's claiming it has the lowest noise levels of any EOS DSLR to date, and the chunky pixel pitch would certainly suggest that to be the case. The body can shoot at 12fps with AF, or 14fps with mirror-lockup and features twin CF card slots.
The autofocus system has also been redesigned to feature a 61-point high-density reticular autofocus technology alng with an 'Intelligent Tracking and Recognition' system which Canon claims is ideal for event photography.
Canon has confirmed that the EOS-1D X will hit retail around March 2012, and while UK pricing isn't yet available has quoted a recommend retail price in the US of $6,800 (around £4,316) as a body-only system.

How to blur water for a creative effect
Look at the two pictures,you can see the picture two is different from the picture one ,and the picture two give us special effect that it's make us feel the water run fast.When you need the moving subject,You may focus on the speed,if the things which move to fast and make you feel still ,it can show the moving subject yes? Waterfalls and rivers are classic examples which can take on a far more dramatic appearance when the water itself is blurred.below,there is a video about how to make the left photo be moving fast.He has used automatic settings ,and a relatively quick exposure has frozen the water in its tracks- as a result it looks lifeness .
Tips:
First: Switch your camera to Shutter Priority mode by turning the mode dial to 'S' or on Canon models, 'Tv'.Second:Choose a slower than normal shutter speed to blur the water. 1/30 is a good starting point.
Third:Check your photo. If the water isn't blurred enough, choose a slower shutter speed like 1/15 or 1/8. Note you may need a tripod or an anti-shake system to avoid camera shake – see below.
Four: In shutter priority, your camera will work out the aperture setting for you. If the f-number starts flashing though, it means it can't balance the shot. In this example, the exposure may be too long, so if your sensitivity (ISO) is already at the lowest number, you'll have to choose a slightly quicker shutter speed until the f-number stops flashing. Alternatively wait until it gets darker, or consider using a neutral density filter, see below.
Five:After taking your photo, remember to set the mode dial back to Auto or Program mode.
There are some points you should know
when you reduce the shutter speed,you become more susceptible to camera shake. If you naturally shake , you have better need at least 1/60, but if you're very steady, then you may be ok at 1/15.So when applying this technique to blur water, make your camera very steady .
