How to shoot a bird

How to shoot a bird

Maybe the bird can fly make you crazy, and you can't shoot it in a good way.now let me give you example about how to shoot it.

Camera set-up

so you'll need to set your camera up so you can work fast and react quickly. Here are our tips on how to set your camera up

An 18-55mm kit lens that comes with a DSLR is great as a starting point, but these don't offer a fast maximum aperture of f/2.8 or faster that's needed blow the background out of focus significantly. It's good to say that there's a selection of affordable prime lenses out there for a range of systems, including the excellent Nikon 35mm f/1.8G AF-S DX at £165 and Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II at £89.
For birds, a long lens is usually for getting close enough to fill most of the frame. Serious bird photographers generally use 600mm telephoto to lenses.which are very expensive.Teleconverters can be added to increase the focal lengths of many lenses, but quality & sharpness will be sacrificed. A tripod & gimbal head are also neeeded to support these long, heavy lenses, while allowing easy pan & tilt to follow a bird in flight.

There are some shooting tips for you:

ABOVE: Set your camera to Continuous AF - that way, you can keep refocusing as your subject moves around.

ABOVE: If you're going to be shooting your pet indoors, then it's a good idea to increase the ISO sensitivity of your camera to ensure you get a shutter speed fast enough to avoid camera shake.
I hope when you are outside and find some good scence.catch it fast and get the good photo.Only when you get the good photoes than you can us some software like photoshop or other to make the beautiful, and effect picture.
